William Bayless
Project Description
Using local timber to mill fence pickets supports our local economy in rural Wyoming, and cuts down on shipping and middle men of big box stores. I mill the fence pickets for a fraction of the cost at the lumberyard, and assist the homeowner in installing the fence if they desire. Typically I will use pressure treated posts for setting in the ground, and mill the stringers should the homeowner wish too. I use a lot of douglas fir and lodgepole for this, and use exterior grade stain after install.
