Memorial bench

Project Description
I cut a walnut tree from my property to make a memorial bench for a young guard that past away to soon and its a gift for his wife in memory of her husband. The bench is completely made from walnut with a live edge seat and back rest. I engraved a saying into the bench and the used a wood burner to highlight it. The horse and part of the flag are a wood glue mixture to symbol what he loved. I used dowel pins to pin and strengthen the joints.

The bench is 48" long and 18" sitting height
