Project Description
The log cabin feel was used to finish off my families basement. By using clear non staining or tinted finishes I was able to capture the beauty of each species of wood used in the process. The wall boards were sawn from hickory, trim boards from catalpa, bar/kitchen boards from cherry. I was able to get my log cabin feel for a fraction of the cost using my wood mizer lt 10. Almost all wood seen was sawed with the lt 10 except for the post wraps and 2 slabs in the bar area that were just too wide for the lt 10.
